Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: diluted by a fair amount of empathy, rational thinking determines the high demand for the analysis of existing patterns of behavior. The task of the organization, in particular, the course on a socially oriented national project ensures the relevance of the distribution of internal reserves and resources.
